1) You may change the delivery address, or
2) you can choose to skip a delivery
Both options require that this is done prior to the shipment cut-off which is Sunday 10PM EST for deliveries in the preceding week or the renewal date of the subscription.
To change your delivery address:
- Sign into your account here.
- Go to “Shipping Address” Section in your dashboard.
- Click on “Add an address” and enter the new address.
- Go to “Your Subscription” Section in your dashboard.
- Select the subscription you want to redirect in case you have more than one.
- Choose your “New Shipping Address” and click on “Change”.
